Hypothetical Question

Let's say you own a two-family house in Boston that you paid $300,000 for six years ago. Now let's say that by converting it to condos, you could sell each of the two units for more than $300,000 today. Now, let's say you could buy this house, eleven miles over the border in New Hampshire, for a little over $400,000.

Colonial (1792) with period architectural details, wide pine floors, tin ceiling, huge rooms, 3-story barn, 4400 s.f. of living space, 5 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, on a 2.4 acre lot.

My question would be, "What am I are you waiting for?"

(hypothetically speaking, of course)
