It was unclear if the sarin shell was from chemical rounds that the United Nations had tagged and marked for destruction before the U.S. invasion.Does this matter? If it was, it proves that not all these weapons were destroyed per the requirements of the UN resolution. If it wasn't, it proves how useless the UN inspections were in the first place.
