How could even the most anti-American, left-coast liberal (sorry - progressive) bedwetter complain about the US sending the following emergency response equipment and personnel to the tsunami-stricken countries in Indonesia?
Simple, when it's in the form of an evil, bloodthirsty, American military 'machine of war', the sole purpose of which - as we all know, after being lectured by these surviving brain donors - is to bomb third-world inhabitants to dust and fuse their remains into glass (which, of course, will then be used to create the crystal wine goblets for das Bush-fuhrer's bunker).
