Modus Operandi

Today's QotD comes to us from Anne Goldbach, president of the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, speaking out on the latest crime-fighting proposals being floated on Beacon Hill:

"We shouldn't go about solving the current problem by stripping a defendant of his or her constitutional rights[.]"


Gee, why not? They've already done so for those of us who haven't committed - or even been accused of committing - any crime.
