Just So We're Clear

Getting smacked around with the butt end of a shotgun, as the victim of an armed home invasion, doesn't count.

UPDATE: This one does, however. Five more entries eliminated.

This morning about 2:36am officers in District 4 responded to a radio call for a person shot at 400 Tremont Street. On arrival officers spoke with the victim’s who stated that they were walking home from the movies when they noticed the suspect following them. The victims stated they observed the suspect pulling something out from his waist area, at that time the suspect began shooting at them. One person sustained a gun shot wound to his upper leg and was transported to Boston Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
