Man Shot To Death Taking Infant Out Of Car

BOSTON -- A Brockton, Mass., man was shot to death Tuesday as he was taking his 1-year-old daughter out of his sport utility vehicle.

Assault Suspect May Have Approached Women In Mass.

DOVER, N.H. -- Dover police said that a man suspected in the rape of a teenager might have approached other women in Massachusetts.

A 19-year-old reported that a man forced his way into her home last week and assaulted her after asking about buying the house. Police said that they have since received similar reports from two women in Newburyport, Mass., and one in Georgetown, Mass.
