Massachusetts' Tough New "134 Strikes" Law

Two years strong, and this blog continues to write itself.

Even I would have a hard time making this up.

Every officer in Framingham knows Jose Vasquez - he's been hauled to jail 133 times.

Vasquez was arrested again Friday.

The next step, police say, is incarceration.

Let's not be hasty.
