Number Crunching

After talking with our insurance guy, we found that between our car and home insurance premiums, we'll be saving close to $3,000 a year by moving out of state. Add that to the money I'm not paying in state income tax, and it more than makes up for the difference in property taxes we'll be paying on the new house.

I guess freedom isn't free after all. Turns out it's a net gain.

Until, I go shopping, anyway.
