That's Strange

When Bush failed to insert himself in a severe flood zone withing hours of the flood occurring, it was proof positive that he didn't care about the well-being of the citizenry therein. Some even said his actions, or lack thereof, were evidential of his outright hatred of the affected minority population.

I guess times have CHANGEd.
