Let Me See If I Got This Straight

A corporation like the New York Times has the Constitutionally-protected right to editorialize in favor of politicians who are actively looking to enact legislation giving tax-payer funded subsidies and bailouts to the country's struggling* newspapers.

But a corporation such as North American Coal has no right to sponsor political ads critical of politicians actively seeking to tax it out of existence and send thousands to the unemployment line.

* Translated: No one want to buy their crappy product in its useless, outdated format.
