Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney said he will give back $39,000 in campaign contributions given to him in 2002 and 2003 by employees of Aggregate Industries, the Big Dig concrete supplier who is currently at the center of a fraud case.

Boston Police say they found the body of a man lying on his back in an alleyway at 6 Carmel Street in Mission Hill Friday night.

...they are treating the incident as a death investigation.
