I'd be hard-pressed to think of anything right now that smells more mouth-watering than the ribs I've got slow-cooking in the oven.

Gonna finish them off on the grill at a friend's house later today. One rack garlic-rubbed, the other to be maple syrup and brown sugar glazed.

And, yes, there will be frosty 'Gansetts served.
