Senator Kennedy Would Approve...Right?

Stand by for the official statement from Senator Ted Kennedy's office hailing this abortion ban recently signed into law by Louisiana Governor (and fellow democrat) Kathleen Blanco as a stellar example of one state's democratically-elected representatives exercising their right "to pass their own state laws".
