Threat Assessment

I don't know about the rest of you, but if I catch a guy creeping around on my property at night (or in the middle of the day, for that matter) wearing nothing but a thong, I'm declaring him an immediate threat to the safety and well-being of my children, and will immediately take appropriate, lawful measures to neutralize said threat.
