As much as I'd like to title this post "Only in Massachusetts", I suspect stupid shit like this exists in pretty much every city where an over-inflated, self-serving, bureaucratic government has taken control. From the Allston-Brighton Community Safety Log (oooh, I feel so safe now):

Police issued Café Belo at 181 Brighton Ave. a license premise violation April 2 at 8:10 p.m. for playing a radio with speakers in the dining area without an entertainment license.

Police issued Color at 166 Harvard Ave. a license premise violation April 2 at 8:28 p.m. for playing a radio with speakers in the dining area without an entertainment license...

Police issued Hometown Restaurant Mongolian Barbecue at 168 Harvard Ave. a license premise April 2 at 8:40 p.m. for playing a wall television without an entertainment license...
